Zentai is a good way of cheering

I think it is a good idea to wear zentai and cheer up,like this picture show,the boys looks so happy and I guess that he must be cheer himself,but I don't know what thing makes him happy.
Besides,his orange lycra zentai suit is cool and he may be concentrated on the street.
