How to sleep well in zentai?

Maybe some of zentai fans have an experience of sleeping in zentai, but not sure all of them can sleep well in zentai.
My friends told me that he cab't fall sleep in zentai suit, and it seems like he can't breathe.
So people should choose a gigh quality lycra spandex zentai, and they can sleep well, because such kind of material allows you breathe easily,
